They produce Grenache from fruit grown in sloping old vineyards (cooled by blustery sea winds) in Blewitt Springs and Clarendon (200m above sea level).

This is the very northern end of McLaren Vale, just before you drive up to Adelaide Hills (450m above sea level).

Grenache gets riper earlier and taste richer when they are produced in hotter areas the flat vineyards in McLaren Vale (at lower altitude at 50-70m above sea level)

Barossa which is inland without the sea breezes.
